Its Flowering At Last!!!

This plant was taken 2 years back, at one 'R' n 'R' (the name has been purposely omitted). I have to plead guilty of kidnapping the young shoot when it was barely 5 inches tall from the ground. After being abandoned in the backyard for about 1 year plus,  we finally decided to prepare a permanent home for this plant. And voila, after about 5 months, we got the result that we wanted. It finally flowered and so worth the wait!  The flowers has this very nice and romantic smell like  L'Eau d'Issey Summer 2006 Issey Miyake for women.

new gardening project

After going through the same routine for more than a couple of  months now, I'm going to break free and start a new project on gardening. My focus will be on sustainable living ~ preferably veggie garden. Well, better start on something that could save some money and at the same time is satisfying right? Hopefully, (fingers crossed) that this ambition will come true soon. I started some sort of veggie garden one year ago, but I got busy and never could focus on it for long. I still have some herbs on the backyard, but I sorta got bored with it. They are on their own right now, and very much neglected. I have some ideas on how to improve the condition of things and the plants that I want for the new project....Its time I start digging and get dirty with the soils, instead of digging my head too deep in the work,  more work, and never ending work at my workplace as well as at my husband's store. My life is too confined in bricks and cement structures rather than with the beautiful nature around me.....

NEW YEAR 2014: FREE MY SOUL

Well, it seems that I have skipped an entire year of blogging. Last year was a pretty weird transition in my life. I had been busy, but not in the garden. My husband & I went through lots of up & downs, unnecessary dramas & certain confinement that could damage our self-esteem. Enough of the pain of 2013. I hope that the new found freedom in 2014 will continue to persist & that Lady luck will shine on our newly open business.  Happy New Year. Happy Life. Happy Soul. Ameen.
